Do you require a contract?
For managed Website-as-a-Service plans, yes — a 12-month or 24-month agreement so hosting, updates, and support are covered on both sides. For one-time builds, no ongoing commitment — pay once, own the site.
Who actually builds the site?
Josh. One developer, Cleveland-based, direct line. No handoff to a junior designer or an overseas production team. The person on the first call writes the code, deploys the site, and answers the email six months later when you need to update your hours.
How fast can you launch?
Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks from the first call to live. Faster if the scope is tight and you've got your content ready; longer for larger builds with custom functionality. The timeline is set during the proposal — not after a surprise.
Do you build custom software, not just websites?
Yes — this is probably the biggest misconception. The two SaaS products on the portfolio (The Modern Drive and HarkDog) are both multi-tenant platforms with auth, Stripe, admin dashboards, and client PWAs. CRMs, client portals, workflow automation, and vertical SaaS all fit the shop. Scope and pricing are quoted per project.
What happens on the free consultation?

What about SEO, Google Ads, chatbots, branding, mobile apps?
