What's included monthly?
Hosting, updates, security, SEO, and support. You can request changes anytime and we'll handle them.
Can we start with the CRM only?
Yes. You can buy or rent the CRM platform for your sales team, and add website services later if you want.
What makes Gideon Codeworks different?
We focus on small businesses and keep things simple. No complex contracts, no confusing tech talk, and no surprise fees. We build your site, handle everything, and stay available when you need us.
Pricing & Plans
What's the difference between one-time builds and monthly service?
One-time builds are $2,497-$4,997 with 1 year of hosting included. Monthly service starts at $212-$297/month with a smaller setup fee, and includes ongoing updates, SEO, and support for as long as you need it.
Are there contracts or can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans have 12 or 24-month terms. One-time builds have no ongoing commitment—just pay the project fee and you own the site.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Web-as-a-Service plans are billed monthly. One-time builds require a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due at launch.
Do you offer refunds?
If we don't deliver on our promises within the first 30 days, we'll make it right or refund your setup fee. Monthly fees are non-refundable but you can cancel before your next billing cycle.

What do you need from me to get started?
Just your logo, colors, and any content you want to use. We'll ask you some questions about your business and handle the rest—design, copywriting, and setup.
How involved do I need to be during the build?
We keep it lean. Expect 2-3 short review calls and async feedback via our project dashboard. We don't overwhelm you with meetings—we build, you approve, we launch.
What happens after launch?
For one-time builds: you get 1 year of hosting and basic support. For monthly service: we handle updates, monitor performance, and make changes whenever you need them.
Can you help with content and copywriting?
Yes! We'll write everything from scratch or polish your existing content to help it sell better.
Technical Questions
What platform do you build on?
We use modern web technology that loads fast and ranks well on Google. Your site will be fast, secure, and mobile-friendly.
Will my site be mobile-friendly?
100%. Every site we build is fully responsive and tested across devices. Mobile-first design is standard, not an add-on.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
Yes. Hosting is included in all our plans. We can register a new domain for you or transfer your existing one. Security and backups are all handled automatically.
Can I see analytics and performance data?
Yes. We set up Google Analytics and give you access to your dashboard. Monthly service clients also get monthly reports showing traffic and how your site is performing.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it from scratch or migrate/redesign your existing site. We'll preserve your SEO rankings and redirect old URLs to maintain your search presence.
CRM & Account Executive Program
What is the Gideon CRM?
It's sales software for managing leads, deals, and team performance. It includes industry-specific templates and forecasting tools. You can buy it outright or rent it monthly.
How does the Account Executive program work?
You sell our websites and CRM to businesses you know. We handle all the work—building, hosting, and support. You earn recurring commissions on every sale and can build a team if you want (but you don't have to).
Do I need sales experience to join as an AE?
Sales experience helps, but it's not required. If you know business owners and can explain how a good website helps them grow, we'll train you on the rest.
